This is not exactly free but seems like a great deal as you are getting the free hosting but pay a one time $1.00 setup fee. Best of all, it comes with a cpanel and 1 mysql database like most paid hosting.

Yup, I found this webhost giving out Free Linux Hosting with Unlimited MySQL database and cPanel. One of the best deal we have seen. This is what you will get:-
But not mention on how many subdomain you can host there.
