You will get to build the free mobile cart and have them listed. The building part will be free, while the listing part will be charged either by Mobi Cart or Apple, depending on the option you would like to take. If you have something to sell, I think this is something you can take a look, if they are great, you could later decide if you want to pay them to list your apps.
